The Pre- Competitve Program is an Introductory program for children ages 4 -12, that includes basic stroke instruction , turns, starts and introduction to racing. Swimmers are placed into groups based on age and abilities. Classes are held two times a week .
These classes are either Monday/ Wednesday, or Tuesday/Thursday during the school year. We offer the class 4 days a week during the summer. Each class is limited to 5 swimmers per group. Swimmers who complete Level 3 will be ready for our first competitive group - Bronze
Child must be able to swim 5 yards unassisted

PRE- COMPETITIVE LEVELS
(PC1) Pre-Competitive 1 For children who swim at least 20 feet by themselves and are ready for advanced technique instruction in rotary breathing and backstroke.
(PC2) Pre-Competitive 2 For those who can swim freestyle and backstroke 25 yards and are ready to focus on endurance building techniques and drills. Swimmers are introduced to breaststroke.
(PC3) Pre-Competitive 3 Swimmers must have completed PC2 or demonstrate equivalent skills. Teaches breaststroke and butterfly to those who are comfortable and proficient in freestyle and backstroke. Focus on advanced competitive techniques, drill and diving. Bridges swim lessons to swim team. Swimmers are eligible to participate in developmental meets.

| Pre- Competitive classes are offered either Monday& Wednesday or Tuesday&Thursday. Class times are 4-4:30PM or 4:30 - 5:00 PM
Spring Classes run for 8 weeks beginning Feb 6 - March 29th. Cost is $100 per 8 week session
